When a good contractor like Rawlings Custom asks you to work on a new project in the desert, you say yes!

This extensive design for a large residential compound on the outskirts of Palm Springs has been a rigorous architectural exercise.

The site plan ties together an existing mid-century home spanning two levels, an existing carport, a new garage and pool and a large gravel motor-court.

Thank you to Andres for pulling off a wicked good pergola design.
Thank you Jason Dewees for consulting with planting.
Thank you Dana for your graphic support and thank you to our wonderful clients!
